Oilers had a great opportunity to put a stranglehold on this series and just played waaaay too passively after the 1st period. The continual passing up of clear chances to get shots on net and try to get tips/rebounds and instead trying one too many passes is INFURIATING.

Honestly, I haven't been all that impressed by Dallas so far. Their best periods were still pretty even, while on the flipside we have absolutely dominated long segments of play. Tonight they won because of a single bounce, we could very easily have won this game also.

My worry is that we still haven't seen Dallas's A game, but we look a lot faster so far. Just need to start converting on our chances at 5 on 5. It's becoming way too common for us to leave a period tied even though we totally dominated play.

You wouldn't know it by watching the game.

Because he refuses to shoot on net, along with the whole team. Constantly trying to thread cross ice passes on what I assume is brutal ice.
