For the JJ13 hatters out there he scored in back to back shoutouts for us and has not cost us at all in his defensive play…. Monkey on the back, sure.

Alot of non flashy things well yesterday.
Won back to back D zone draws, won a few Dzone pucks battles ect....
I'm not a huge fan but also appreciate what he has donrme to get a roster spot. Improvement possible with a move....agreed totally.
He was dratfed as a U18 I think. Forced his way into the lineup. His best offensive move is speed thru the nuetral zone and that dump off the end boards allowing him to attack the D with speed. ( wish some others would use it occasionally but he uses it a bit too much for my liking)
I could see an upgrade but am not going to rag on the kid. Was always scholastically inclined more than pro hockey driven til last year or so when the reality presented itself.
I'm sure he is trying despite the concerns he is coasting. Maybe it's processing the game at this higher level, an injury, whatever......Is what it is for now and the staff will need to make a decision.

Team is on a roll n it'll end, I'm guessing sometime soon but wow a great streak.

That’s crazy! Should be 2 games maximum.
Very inconsistent in calls on hits like that. Many times it’s a 2:00 penalty. If it’s agreed by the league going forward that all similar hits are penalized the same way then OK but we know that will not be the case. Team should keep film of the hit handy for the next time they are on the receiving end.

Didn't see it so can't comment but is what it is. Next wek n a half another death player gets PT and a chance to impress.
And Halts will be well rested :)
Absolutely. Over the next month+, it will be a good opportunity for players to show they deserve to be in the lineup every game.

Already yesterday, you see Aboflan step in and make a contribution. Same with Van B and Hawery on Friday and Sunday. That’s what this league is all about. :)

As for Halttunen, I don’t care to try to understand disciplinary rulings because it’s hard to find patterns. It is what it is and that’s why you have depth.
