I’m happy to see de haan go so here’s hoping a change of scenery works out for both parties.

IMO despite his poor play this season I think he will be a good pickup for COL.

This is an unpopular opinion, but I think he bounces back just fine. He was a super steady presence in our top 4 with deep playoff runs.

Vesey is still a pretty good PKer. Always appreciate how much of a warrior Lindgren has been, but all of those things he played through seem to have taken a toll on his abilities now.

I don't think it is. I think it's crap for crap, relatively speaking. Parssinen should have been a fit, I thought, but Bednar really doesn't like him. Hopefully the Avs haven't added much in the way of picks...

De Haan certainly is. Probably the worst player in the league this year IMO.


Parssinen maybe not. I also think he carries decent value so I wouldn't be surprised if the picks involved here aren't as strong as maybe expected but we'll see.

I'd really like to see the rest of the return because if Parssinen ends up being a key part of getting back other players that could be useful to the Preds, it's not going to matter if Trotz doesn't have a neck, the lynch mob will figure out something.

Would be happy to see Parssinen get a real look somewhere. That didn't seem to happen in Colorado. But based on his time in Nashville, I still think he's going to be a "find" for somebody.

I liked some of the flashes I saw but he was not put in the best situations for growth in Colorado and Bednar hated him, which made things even worse. If Lindgren sucks as bad as Ranger fans are saying even if they eat half the salary this is not going to be good for Colorado. De Haan has sucked bad for Colorado though but is only making 800k and not 4.5m like Lindgren. Not sure why Vesey makes any sense Avs are already overloaded on the LW.
