Because it's Bing AI image generator with the following prompts. "New Jersey Devils versus Tampa Bay Lightning, poster, anime style, dystopic".

Took about 20 tries to get something cool, had to retouch a bunch of stuff and add type but it saved me tons of time though. The jersey is on backwards too lol but at least it used the old uniforms.
