What would your legit all-star lineups be (for both conferences)? Actual lineups, no Zemgus Girgensons here, and don't be biased.

Mine:
Eastern Conference
R. Nash S.Crosby J.Voracek
H. Zetterberg S. Stamkos P. Kessel
M. Pacioretty C. Giroux P. Hornqvist
N. Foligno E. Malkin A. Ovechkin

P.K. Subban E. Karlsson
J. Carlson K. Letang
D. Hamilton N. Kronwall

Western Conference
J. Benn T. Seguin V. Tarasenko
P. Marleau F. Forsberg P. Kane
J. Gaudreau R. Getzlaf C. Perry
A. Ladd L. Couture M. Hossa

M. Giordano T.J. Brodie
B. Burns K. Shattenkirk
S. Vatanen D. Keith

It's going to be a high scoring game with no goalies!
;)

I love Gaudreau, but I do not think he makes the All Star team. So many better options out there (^ like Toews for example).

Giordano and Brodie are the only 2 Flames that do imo.

Weber? Suter? Dats?

Also i know Karlsson puts up a lot of points but every time i watch him play he is so lost in his own end. Hes on an island 50% of the time. Not that defense matters for the ASG

New format to increase scoring. But they're going to turn the nets around and you have to hit the post for a goal.

Western Conference:

Benn - Seguin - Tarasenko
Marleau - Getzlaf(A) - Perry
Gaudreau - Forsberg - Kane
Schwartz - Toews(C) - Vrbata

Suter - Weber(A)
Giordano - Brodie
Yandle - Shattenkirk

Quick
Rinne
Crawford

Eastern Conference:

Stamkos - Crosby(C) - Malkin
Nash - Giroux - Voracek
Zetterberg(A) - Datsyuk - Kessel
Foligno - Johnson - Ovechkin

Hedman - Carlson
Phaneuf - Kronwall(A)
Ekblad - Letang

Halak
Price
Fleury

I think those guys (Yes, even Phaneuf and Fleury) have been the best in their position this season. The skaters have all provided good point totals along with sound play in other aspects. The goalies have all been giving their teams a chance to win.

I'm a big fan of Foligno but the only two CBJ players I see making it are Bobrovsky and Johansen - if both play well the rest of the way.

Foligno started strong but, has kinda cooled off lately.

I know it's just an All-Star game but I really hate when people put Malkin on the fourth line. He's better than Stamkos or Giroux.

Take Benn off the list. He's sucked this year.

I'm mostly bitter, and he probably is still the best LW in hockey, but damn, the Stars are terribad this year,

Benn hasn't met expectations but i don't think he's "sucked". From an outsider's perspective, he's a bright spot in a dark hole.

Nah but I can bet you 1000$ that Pacioretty and Subban will make it...

Phaneuf, Ekblad, lol.

Phaneuf has decent point totals and has the team's highest +/- which is a +14 on a defense that averages a +2. Subban has a worse plus minus than five of his defenseman teammates and only four more points. How has Subban been better? cause he's paid 9 million a year?

allstars shouldn't be fan votes but rather chosen by coaches and analysts based on how they're performing... not how they've performed in previous years.
