He'll have to find his footing in this series and the Leafs will need to fall back on their structure as the cliche goes.

Matthews needs to have some chill and insert himself in the series offensively.

I've given up on him being a factor.

The team played well but AM and MM needs to be better.

Going to give Woll a pass as he came in mid game but he needs to be much better if he plays Game 2.

Hope Stollie is okay.

Lastly, can’t go 0-5 in PP and expects to win.

I'd cut some slack to Woll. Hasn't played in awhile and comes in cold into a pressure cooker where the Leafs lost some momentum for a bit. He'll be fine.

And of course no one on the panel is talking about what happened to Stolarz. Just absolute lunacy.

The Leafs having 7 goals in 7 games from their defensemen is insane given how offensively anemic they were in the regular season. Great showing from the backend in all aspects.

Nylander got this started. Woll hasn't played in awhile and was thrown into the fire against a desperate Florida team. One of the goals I can blame on him. If he were mentally and physically prepared, he probably doesn't give up that goal and they win 5-3.

Knies is money and he is going to be the next Gary Roberts in a couple of years.

Leafs PP MUST improve. MUST. I don't care if Berube needs to change it up but 0 for 5 is the reason this was close. They have to pay for dirty play.

Leafs are the heaviest team in the league this year. They aren't going to lose in the alley anymore but they need to strike when they have the PP.

Wish nothing but the worst for Sam Bennett.

Leafs were great for 2/3 of this game. Woll was cold and Florida took advantage but this was the best the Leafs have looked all year. Need the powerplay to figure it out.

Easily some of the best hockey we have played. Willy, Knies, Patch, Rielly, McCabe, Tanev... all the D really.

I f***ing hate Sam Bennett - he should never ever get the benefit of the doubt.

Our 4th line got scored on back to back shifts in the third.

3rd line was much better than them.

Matthews is 100% in his own head, higher chance of Lorentz scoring at this point.

Special teams almost cost us tonight, going 1/13 recently. Gotta capitalize next game. Solid game otherwise.
