My only guess is that he hates to lose more than he likes to win. And he does not like to be the one that did not give his team a chance to succeed.

I can;t think of any other reason why he raises his game in the playoffs so much compared to regular season

I give them credit for game 2 as well, even though we lost the boys played very hard and I respect the effort. If we're going to lose, go down swinging, game 4 was just flat out inexcusable for everybody involved, from the coaches to the players.

But yes lmfao great point, it's a 2-2 series and even though we got manhandled last game, people forget that we embarrassed them quite a bit in game 1. I think the boys come out of the gates strong, they wanna make a statement and are on home ice. This is where I expect the series to go balls to wall for both sides.

Hesitant to change every single pair in the middle of the series. I think we might see minor changes but not a complete shuffle.

The good news is Leafs usually rebound after an embarrassing loss which last game clearly was on how poorly they played.
