I don't see it that way at all but understand why you would. I like the full story, all angles, etc.
Often, when it comes to fandom, it is the exact opposite. Positive spin is always in.
In this case, part of this story is who is being moved off PP2, while most of the focus is about who is on.
There is no balance to the actual full story without mentioning Mikheyev missing and the effect it may have on him.
This is why I posted what I posted. It is a major part of this story that will be largely ignored. That creates imbalance.
And, it is an odd move considering I don't recall this ever happening in the Keefe-era. Why are they doing it? The explanation is strange. It has always been that way in the Keefe-era so why do they all of a sudden care about D pairs post-PP2? Should always ask why.
