I think this tells us that we know what Tanev's price is and potentially are willing to meet that and have a deal in place, and based off that number felt they could bring back Domi and still afford another top 4 dman and goalie

It's funny that Matthews is 6'3 and soft but Domi is 5'9 and tough as nails. They kind of balance each other out.
