Toronto Maple Leafs (14-6-1) @ San Jose Sharks (10-8-1)
Ladies and gentlemen – tonight our boys embark on the SAP Center in the beautiful San Jose, California. Coming off a strong performance in LA under the bright lights (and in front of the Biebs), hopefully they can keep the momentum going into this California road swing.

Taking a page out of the book of my good friend @Coachcorner , I’m looking for my guy Nick Ritchie to finally pop that thang thug and bury his first of the season mi’lord. Let’s get that monkey off his back!

David Kampf took a nasty shot to the head in Wednesday’s action and it’s unclear at this time if he’ll play. He did practice on Thursday so that should be a god sign. I’d imagine Kirill Semyonov or Kyle Clifford step into his spot if he can’t go. Semyonov was taking line rushes in practice yesterday. Ilya Mikheyev should be right around the corner as well. Both Ondrej Kase and Jack Campbell were absent from practice on Thursday and Joe Woll is slated to get the start for this one. It has been reported that both Kase and Campbell were taking maintenance days. Below are the line-up sheets for both the Leafs and Sharks most recent games of this week.

The Leafs big boys have started to show up over the last few weeks and it would be great to see a few of them string some big games together and get back over the point-per-game mark that we’ve become accustomed to. The Sharks are having a strong offensive year as well with Timo Meier coming out of the gates ON FIRE!

Sexy OP.

(nice post too)

@LeafChief Props on a sick GDT.

Pumped that its a Friday so I am totally staying awake to see this game in its entirety!

Gotta say I am really feeling these lines:

Bunting-Matty-Marner - Really starting to Gel with Bunting
Kerfoot-JT-Willy - Not yet great, but I think it will be soon
Richie-Kampf-Kase - The 2 Ks make this line incredible but once Richie gets going a bit more, this will be one of the league's best 3rd lines
Engvall-Spezza-Simmonds - I think Engvall has honestly looked best on this line! He's been creating a ton of offensive chances, could be very dangerous for the opposition

I'm not even sure where I would want Mikey to fit...

The D pairing all look good except the Muzzin-Holl pairing which I feel is still on the border of 'just ok'. But hopefully they get back to what they showed last year.

Excellent GDT! Info, pictures, lineups, stats, and actual positivity cheering for the Leafs to win - a giant step up in quality!

Woll vs. Reimer should be a fun matchup. Feel like Matthews is going to get one tonight.

Go Leafs Go!
