Yeah I can't imagine how hard it would be carrying a PPG center all year. Must be rough.

They probably played him with that lousy nearly PPG not a number one defenseman Rielly too at times.

Have you been closely watching Tavares? He may be PPG but he hasn't been that good all year. He's had maybe 10 good games all year.

His positioning, the strong PP, and the play of Nylander, Kerfoot, and Mikeyev have carried him all year to PPG.

I liked that the guys weren’t fazed by it. We don’t like it and nobody is happy with it. It is not great. Like the first goal against, it is a textbook screen by Lyubushkin. I would call it two own goals almost here tonight. Our guys found themselves after and kept playing. Kerf made a big-time play to get the goal back for us.
