Kampf penalty was corruption but Kerfoots was all Kerfoot. All he had to do was take it deep but another bone head play that leads him to getting his stick in Hedmans chin area.
Wow. That is some kinda pain. As a Broncos fan, recent years have been painful, but they have won 3 Super Bowls in my life and played in seven so at least I get some periodic joy. On the other hand, my baseball team up a left for Washington... no da bess.

Boys just need to get a few good nights of sleep and prepare for the next game. I'm not confident in game 7s and wouldn't put money on the leafs but its not like they have no shot. Let's hope they show up or the 1st period this time.

Holl was hooked a few minutes earlier though. Refs had a clear view of it and didn't call it.
They can't use that BS OT Elimination Game crap. You don't gift multiple calls to the inferior team to give them a better chance than they earned.

You want to know pain. Trying cheering for the Browns (said as a Browns fan). Although, an argument could be made we suck so much, we rarely have terrible/painful losses.

Fully agree, there was no reason for Kerfoot to be in that position. And that gets called every time regardless of how the stick gets high. Needless risk.
HEDMAN got Kerfoot's stick in Hedman's chin area. And then really sold it.
Watch it closely. Hedman actually tried to stick lift Kerfoot and as a result hits himself in the face with the stick he just tried to lift.

If the Leafs lose, I will not watch a single minute af any other game. The NHL allows this kind of bullshit reffing, they don’t deserve any support from us. Let the American teams enjoy their playoffs and give their support.
LOL did we also all forget Kucherov crosschecking Nylander from behind twice in the 3rd period on two separate occasions and getting nothing for it too? This was directly after their PP.
preaching to the choir I think reading your original post but both polar sides are scummy. it's natural to be dull when the same shit happens 5 times in a row, half a decade. Yet some people find the need to attack and bully everyone after a victory for not being as blindly optimistic as them and go off on them while they sit and shake their heads at what they see as delusion. Then some of them come back with the shots after a loss with the I told you sos.
I think everyone needs to be a bit more humble and let people f***ing be fans how they want, without the I told you sos and without the "get f***ed you're not a real fan" nonsense.
That was particularly brutal given the timing at that point in the game and the fact that it was 2 embellishments for a 5 on 3. I’m willing to bet, bad officiating or not, that is some extra bs. Oh and leafs got 1 PP….
I gotta be honest... I do wonder how hard that is, but I have an appreciation for sticking with your team regardless... kinda like all us losers here I guess... but damn man that is some kinda double whammy.

IDK man we had 9 shots on net in OT and there were not too many cases of overpassing there.
Scum may be a reach, but taking victory laps now if anyone is a supposed fan is a top level dick move.
All true, and fully logical. I don't think non-Leaf fanes can comprehend how damaged we are. But thank you for the positiveness, the rest of us will get to that tomorrow afternoon ;-)
