Priceless amount of overreaction some of the posters had this game circled to complain about just in case we lost. Grand scheme of things it doesn’t matter much, good game to build on after stealing a few points from shoddy efforts

What can you say?

Played well enough to win but couldn't get out of our own way in important moments

Not the end of the world and hopefully it's a good kick up the ass and we start knuckling down again

We've been pretty meh on this roady

That last 5 minutes was pathetic. Down a goal, zero shots. Well played asshats. Hope they enjoy their tortilla soup tomorrow.

Mrazek is baaaad.

Three blown third periods in a row.

They dominated that game but came up against a hot goalie. They still should have won this game.

They better get their act together for Saturday because St.Louis is no joke.

What do you do, sometimes you just can’t score. We dominated them everywhere but the scoreboard. No complaints.

I wouldn't necessarily say "domination." Leafs have a lot of trouble against teams that are just committed to collapsing to the slot and a lot of times don't have the point shot from the blueline or the slot presence to break things down. So they spam shots and get a lot of perimeter action and get 'goalie'd'. The shot clock looks great, the goalie looks like a Vezina winner. The CBJ/Montreal playbook in a nutshell.

this was the mother of all trap games. what did u guys expect, this was the leafiest thing possible and it happened.

As soon as I say the last place teams goalie with a 903 save percentage coming in, I had a bad feeling.

Games like this expose our lack of shot from the blueline. Couldn't even get a wrister through for a tip or rebound.

Leafs do this every season. Find ways to lose in comical ways. Playing against a team that had two wins back to back once all season. Outshoot them by like 50 to 17 and still find a f***ing way to lose.

I've been bad mouthing the Mrazek signing before he even played his first game with the Leafs. His save percentage is like .875% with 4+ GAA. He's f***ing trash. Make NO mistake, him and Campbell aren't a tandem, Campbell is the starting goaltender and back-up. Mrazek is the fringe AHL back-up goaltender at best.

Tavares continues to decline, he's way too slow and inconsistent. His best days are long gone and now all that is left is a sporadic good games here and there, but mostly shit all around.

Team has been trash the last 3 games. They didn't deserve the win against Vegas, they were absolutely dominated.

This is why this team chokes every year in the first round. It'll be the same shit this season too, you can bet on that.

Can't finish. Looking forward to some fans still making trade requests for gritty players who can't finish either.
This year I’d look at getting a top 6 winger. 50-60 points. Someone to play 2nd line to move kerfoot down

I’d like to have going into the playoffs

58 - 34 - 16
__ - 91 - 88
15 - 64 - 65
47 - 19 - 24

Karma for the last couple of days. Minimal mistakes and a hot goalie. Doesn’t happen often to this group.
Also they ran out of gas at the end, that was evident

Yup was the need last year and this year. Yet people will say we need GRIT.

Agree with mrazek, f***ing Curtis mcbackup was better then this guy

Tavares deserves more than 4 games. He’s still a PPG. Hopefully marners back Saturday

It’s weeks like this that brings me back to what will happen to this roster and management if we lose out again in round 1?

everyone loves this team, loves the dressing room so don’t want to change anything…but then when that 4th loss comes again how will the fan base react also?? Lol

time will tell
They good but not Tampa or colorida level for sure
