It was a toss up game. No complaints about the result. Boston officially can't catch us now so we just need another 3 points to make sure Tampa can't do the same.

The focus really should be more on making sure Carolina and Rangers don't have home ice on us in the conference finals.

Brodie sucks with 2 on 1s. Campbell almost had the pokecheck but would have probably made the save had he went for it.

Brodie is like our best 2on1 defender. Not sure what you have been watching all year. Yea that wasn't great, but he normally is great at breaking them up.

Nah, there's plenty of other players that didn't score on their odd man rushes, Tavares just didn't on all of his scoring chances as well. He looked like he always does, slow, plodding, ineffective, minus player, makes bad plays, gives the puck away.

At least he wins faceoffs?! There's that, so yay!

You can't blame this game on Campbell, he's been great lately, i don't know why captain molasses was out when 3 on 3 is a speed game.

Tavares’ speed really wasn’t the issue there. It’s willy giving up on the play and not even back checking that kills us. At least Tavares was hustling and providing some back pressure. Nylander is way faster and just peaced out

Good thing there’s no 3 on 3 in the playoffs cause this team does not touch the puck in OT.

Matthews, Marner and Rielly are not a good OT unit. They can't win an opening draw to save their lives and can't get a stop. It was sad how gassed they were playing on the back foot and when they went off for a change Barkov still had more gas in the tank. Glad to have Matthews back for tonight but this was probably the worst game of the season for him.
