I guess my last post was a bit too vulgar so I'll re-phrase lol. What does Sandin need to do to get more ice time?

They deserve to he criticized for their play tonight but the sky isn't falling - they're a good defensive team and will likely get back to being it in the future.

Dont think holl and muzzin should play together. Both individually are fine, but their foot speed when paired together kills them IMO.

Leafs played a lot of games like this last year vs weaker teams. Check their season record and GAA vs Ottawa, Buffalo, Montreal, Arizona, Detroit. Don’t remember that being good at all.

Dominate as in they gave up absolutely nothing off the cycle really. 3rd goal takes a weird bounce off a skate, other 3 goals are all odd mans (thought Murray should have had Caufield's 2nd) - last goal started because Holl turned it over at the MTL blue line, then the tire fire trying to clear off that fire drill.

It's not an excuse - I just don't think those types of mental breakdowns leading to turnovers are going to happen nearly as often when they knock off some of the rust.

We made the playoffs and lost in the end

I don't think we can win in game 7, but I'm fully confident we get there

We should wait and see how the team does in the big games down the stretch and in the playoffs before the Murray sucks, Muzzin/Holl are tire fires, Fire Dubas (could be the right move but 1 game sample size is lol)

We should but the moves we made were to keep the team as close to last year as we could with Cap constraints

Leafs are banking the big 4 have dynamite series at the same time for once and that the ATL division truly has fallen slightly (which a lot of people were saying looking at Tampa, flordia, and Boston offseason moves)

If were at or a little worse then last year that could he enough to move past the 1st round depending on our matchup

Still super early though for any of that. Let's just move onto WSH where we should get 2 pts with comfort

Not going to wig out or frig out over one game, as much as I hate losing to the Habs.

The only thing that gets my hours is we are still seeing Muzzin and Holl paired together, on the ice in the final minute no less.

So damn tired of Keefe refusing to keep these two apart.

Muzzin-Mete is a better support for Muzzin at this stage of his career and Holl simply needs to go.

If Keefe is going to keep shovelling those two out together, then Keefe needs to go too. Enough is enough.

That pairing hasn’t worked for two season’s now. Get a clue.

Oh yeah, it also wouldn’t hurt if Dubas actually gave us a legitimate top4 RHD once and for all and quit screwing around with bandaids.

Its like the team refuses to just get the puck out of the zone. This is shit Don Cherry used to scream about. "Off the glass and out" he'd say. Now it might be a bit dangerous to go "off the glass' but the idea is still there, make the simple play.

So your entire agenda this year will be to shit on our 4th line winger every game? He's the 4th line winger. He's asked to kill penalties, hit people and limit opposition chances while playing around 10 minutes a game. That's what he did.
