  • Turtling in Game 6 in the 3rd period
  • No adjustments on PP
  • Liljegren out for the braindead Holl
  • Did not break Matthews-Marner even they did not have anything going offensively
  • Did not stack a line down a goal
  • Lost to Tampa with Point out injured
  • 50% of cap wasted on 4 players no offense
  • NOT SHOWING UP in Games 2 and Game 4

Can't make this shit up. Dubas and Keefe are GARBGE! Period!
In retrospect it feels like it would have been a no brainer to put Marner back with Tavares given known chemistry and Tavares picking it up game five onward.

Are we even surprised? Honestly I’m not even mad. It was what we should have expected. Boys tried hard and got f***ed hard by the refs in game 6

Nick Paul has more game 7 goals than Matthews.

The entire freaking team needs to go. Start from scratch. This core has proven time and time again they are a regular season team that can't convert in the playoffs. Trade the entire roster and start it over again

Matthews throwing the body around all series was a positive note.

Questionable plays by him at the end there, but the pass from Rielly handcuffed him.

Least Leaf-Like game 7 out of all the failures. I think there's a lot of positives to take from this series for once.

Looking forward to a big trade, or management shift however. This is not a "run it back" loss, and i would legitimately just give trotz a bag of money to get him onto the coaching staff somehow

Really guys, it's nothing to be too upset about. They literally decided they can just call back goals they didn't want the Leafs to score tonight. It's a circus, no need to get up in arms about it.
I KNEW, when the refs did that, that it would come down to that f***ing goal. I'm sure the story is going to be "Cup Champs are better!", but the story really ought to be that the Cup Champs needed the refs to help them win 3 out of 4 games..
