Alright boys, get your jerseys out and let's go to practice
Definitely sire. We got so many of our current suckas coming back from the useless covid list and were getting a huge boost just like other teams as we return for the 27th mi'lord.

If we want to find a silver lining...hopefully this means the majority of the team at least gets this out of the way early and at a perfect time to get it out of the way. Like others here, I have a feeling the vast majority of NHL players are going to be flagged for protocol eventually. The Omi is clearly hyper-contagious.

How long are players under NHL protocol? Is half our team going to be unavailable when the season restarts?

It's better to have everyone have it at the same time and the games cancelled than play with a 50% roster.

Has there been any word on Leafs coming off Covid list? Thise that were asymptomatic should be clear to play by now no?

So now the whole league is shut down until after Christmas.

It's only two days – December 22 and 23rd – but there were a lot of games to be played on December 23 if they weren't already postponed.

Personally, I'm less interested in whether this was a good decision or a bad decision – we already pretty much know who is on which side of that fence – and more interested in how this affects the Toronto Maple Leafs and their chances of success when the league resumes play.

Any thoughts?

Leafs have time for Marner to heal.

In division, Tampa may get Point and possibly Kucherov back straight off the hop, which would not be good for the Leafs, and Barkov may be improving for FLA.

I wonder if this is from the same Alberta trip or if players are now getting it independently on their own? Unfortunate news but wishing everybody a speedy recovery.

Tomorrow we will hear how many will come off that list. So many of our fools were added many times ago sire.

What's the point even playing the nhl season if the game doesn't continue to roll just like other leagues. Other leagues even test differently.

I’m not so sure, the Marlies got it pretty bad too. I think being in Toronto might have been a bigger factor.

Would be interesting knowing if some one these guys are asymptomatic and they just randomly tested and had COVID.

Teams are suppose to be practicing today, doubt that happens for the Leafs.
