Hopefully all these players recover without having to go to an ICU.
Definitely sire. We got so many of our current suckas coming back from the useless covid list and were getting a huge boost just like other teams as we return for the 27th mi'lord.Alright boys, get your jerseys out and let's go to practice
Has there been any word on Leafs coming off Covid list? Thise that were asymptomatic should be clear to play by now no?
Ya half must be testing negative by nowHas there been any word on Leafs coming off Covid list? Thise that were asymptomatic should be clear to play by now no?
So now the whole league is shut down until after Christmas.
It's only two days – December 22 and 23rd – but there were a lot of games to be played on December 23 if they weren't already postponed.
Personally, I'm less interested in whether this was a good decision or a bad decision – we already pretty much know who is on which side of that fence – and more interested in how this affects the Toronto Maple Leafs and their chances of success when the league resumes play.
Any thoughts?
I am pretty sure Barkov had been back for a couple weeks prior to the shutdown.Leafs have time for Marner to heal.
In division, Tampa may get Point and possibly Kucherov back straight off the hop, which would not be good for the Leafs, and Barkov may be improving for FLA.
William Nylander was the last Leaf to be fully vaccinated sometime in early October.
I wonder if this is from the same Alberta trip or if players are now getting it independently on their own? Unfortunate news but wishing everybody a speedy recovery.
