Not necessarily covid, but -
and
Matthews had the original Covid. I guess he could test positive for omicron. Either way with 5 days that would just be the Edmonton game.
if he tests then who else is left? Marner? Sanding Ritchie?
As of Wednesday, Leafs who have not been placed in protocol included defencemen Justin Holl and Alex Biega, and forwards Auston Matthews, Mitch Marner, Michael Bunting, Ondrej Kase, Nick Ritchie, Pierre Engvall and Kyle Clifford
we have a number of coworkers who got covid end of November and just tested positive again.
I'm wondering if they never actually got rid of it?
Or are people simply catching it multiple times within 60 day windows?
Ok ?
Thanks
No worries, I didn't click the link just saw the name in the link.I just meant that liljegren has been out since the 29th on covid protocol like the article says.
He did not get covid again.
He should play Wednesday.
Did they test negative, then test positive again.
Somewhere I read the exit PCR test can test positive for up to 60 days.
I do know however you can catch a cold multiple times per year so if this strain has that simularity than maybe you can.
Which makes this all for nothing as we will never open up because it would just spread then.
yes, the tested negative between the two positive tests.
and these are PCR test, not antigen.
I'd leave Nylander and Kerfoot with Tavares. No sense breaking up the two top lines.Would JT slide up to Line 1?
Kefoot move to C for line 2?
Insert Ritchie back to 4th line?
We play Edmonton on Wednesday and Colorado on Saturday
It'll be tough to win against the Avs without Matty (if he's confirmed positive), but we can beat Edmonton for sure
Does today count as a day of isolation? If it does yeah he should beIf protocol has been reduced to 5 days wouldn't Matthews be eligible for Saturday
If that's the case they need to get him in protocal ASAPIf protocol has been reduced to 5 days wouldn't Matthews be eligible for Saturday
I'd leave Nylander and Kerfoot with Tavares. No sense breaking up the two top lines.
Real answer they just got unlucky on their travel schedule exactly when omicron hit big they were flying out west and eating out ..Looking back, what have the Leafs been doing wrong in and out of their workplaces compared to other teams to get hit so hard from this and can they learn from this?
I'd like to think Spezza would be fine for a game. Brooks can center the 4th line.....wait.Kamph or Spezza to first line?
