Malgin continues to impress me. He seems to have really added a tenacity to his game from when he first came to our club. Not in a physical sense, but more in a puck pursuit sense. He doesn't seem to ever take a shift off, and he's always hunting pucks. The skill level is absolutely there. I have a hard time keeping him out of my lineups. Especially if Engvall is not healthy to start the year

Little Nicky has made more plays these past three games than he did in all of his previous nhl games combined, preseason or not.

It was just plain weird to me how he was so invisible before. I didn't expect him to dominate at 19 but the kid is super talented. He must have really psyched himself out.

Maybe he was playing extremely tight? Seems like he's relaxed in a good way as camp has gone on.
