These western trips really piss me off. There is no reason to play these teams twice a season. none. I’d rather play the division rivals more, at least that guarantees regular start times for your local fan base. This is garbage.

Probably, but it also is for the players themselves who are from the area.
 
Doesn't seem like I will be able to watch both late games, and I already missed the Monday win in STL.

Shouldn't the Arizona game starts at 9pm? From what I understand both ESPN and TNT aren't showing this game tonight.

I think both Knies and Matthews will score. This game will probably not be overly exciting, but the Leafs will score a couple of early goals and then go into cruise control mode the rest of the way to make it look closer than it is. I expect a low-event, low-energy game.
 
I think Matthews and Knies will be flying tonight. Don’t agree with the person who said it’s going to be low energy…. Matthews and Knies families will be owning that building tonight. I got Matthews scoring at least 2 tonight. Arizona is complete trash, and they’re goaltending isn’t even AHL calibre

I hate late games. I will probably watch the first, then my old man energy will force me to fall asleep on the couch. My wife will wander out of the bedroom at 2am to collect my lifeless body, and I will have a brutal day at work tomorrow.

Sacrifice I tell ya, sacrifice.

Not sure about overpaid.

40-50 points when you can play in your own end usually results in 3.5 or more.

Warm weather and early golf are the perks I guess.

It would be awesome for Mathews to light up the Yotes with a hatrick. Arizona fans must be lucky even the worst seat in a 5,000 seat arena has to be great.
 
Leafs have not beaten Arizona since February 2nd, 2020. Four f***ing years against this god forsaken team. Leafs are also 6-15-3 against the Coyotes dating back to 2006.

Sure but depending what was available to him he may not have had much choice.
Bunch of guys signed in Chicago this year as well.

Or lost 4 games….lol. Luckily we have an 82 game schedule to determine the better team.

If it were me it would be Jones tonight, because you have Vegas tomorrow and as much as I still don't trust Samsonov he is the best goaltender right now and I want my best goaltender against the best team and that's Vegas.

However I believe we will see Samsonov tonight because he is the best goaltender right now I have no doubt they REALLY want this one because if they get it they go 5-0 without Rielly and then he comes back tomorrow with the team feeling good.
