So do these games mean more then the games when Toronto went through Flordia, Boston, Winnipeg, Philly, and Tampa? Didn't Toronto send a message and assert dominance then?

All I am saying is the Leafs look like they are just going through the motions right now to get through the playoffs, home ice advantaged is nice to have, but it's not going to be the difference on winning a series, if that's what we are thinking is going to push us over the edge, we are already in trouble.
Timing is everything.

You people are losing your shit over nothing. We are playing our 3 in 4 nights against a w,ell rested team. Two of those games against arguably the two best teams in the league who by the way were wmell rested. We are playing an AHL goaltender.muzzin Tavares bunting Kase out. When we get in the playoffs we will get some players back and only play every other night just like the team we are playing. We are making the playoffs this is really a nothing game. Home ice means absolutely nothing in the playoffs
Come back when they get swept by Tampa in two weeks.

What are you saving your timeout for?

My only idea is he is intentionally creating adversity for the players hoping it gets them to a next level of play, but a combo of the lack of chemistry with all the changes and the schedule limiting the effort we can give, it's killing the teams confidence at the worst time.

Our last 2 games, we need our game 1 lineup established and playing together

Agreed. Anyone who doesn’t think home ice, home court, home field or home track isn’t an advantage has never played any sports
Leafs had home ice the past TWO playoff series and still lost the elimination game on home ice. It's made us think it doesn't matter. It made me thing nothing matters. Ever. Anywhere in the universe.

It matters more as you build momentum towards the playoffs. If you can’t maintain a high play standard and keep ratcheting it up, the success they had earlier in the month doesn’t matter as much.
