People are losing there shit over here because the Leafs aren't going 100% hard, but I truly believe they don't give a shit about home ice advantage or winning these games, they just want to make it to the playoffs healthy.

I tend to agree with the Leafs, They have shown over the season they can roll with the big teams in the NHL.

Losing Bunting to what seems to be at least a few weeks already sucks alot, he was going to be a big player in the playoffs for Toronto.

Yeah. In hindsight it was a VERY bad signing. Having Kadri at 4.5 who had better chemistry with Nylander and having almost 8 million in cap space (which could have went to something like Pietrangelo in FA) would have been 10x better.

I know it's now cool to pick on Tavares but let's not pretend like Kadri is a better player than Tavares. Kadri having a better season sure, but Tavares is Tavares and Kadri is Kadri

We could have actually had them both if it wasn't for that horrible trade instead of Kampf zero offense

The stars on this team have not shown that next gear. I don't think this game is truly representative of that, but it was a chance to grind out a road win... And instead they play dead, yet again. Its not a good sign.
