I think with Holl, he's a really likeable guy and loved in the room. Keefe see's himself in him, a guy who had to make the show by shear will of the mind. Was 28 before he made the show, that has it's own respect for putting in dues.
I think they really want him to be the player he was for us last season. But he simply isn't that player. Just a flash in the pan. But they have a hard time admitting that when they love the guy and his story.

I don't understand why we feel the need to shoehorn him in the lineup at all. Similar to Robertson when he left junior... wasn't ready.
The whole expected goals or whatever stats for the Boosh is absolutely pointless. Doesn't take into account anything that he brings. Hopefully they're just a fad.
