This is the best Leafs team I have seen in my lifetime.

To put up a performance like this without Muzzin, Nylander, and Kase says it all. The depth is insane and they are incredibly hard to stop when they're on.

This team has everything to go deep especially if Campbell is firing on all cylinders.

Love Tampa fans though. They're one of the few boards where I read that if the Leafs are playing well, they acknowledge it with no backhanded compliments. One guy even said that "the Leafs are playing like how we should be playing".

Side note, Campbell playing that calm against a divisional opponent is huge IMO. I think the Giordano signing as well as Lyub actually being a net front clearing presence is huge for him.

Didn't get to watch much at all, busy with the boy; but I was on top of this game, listening on radio, keeping track of c=score when I could, watching last 6 minutes . . . impressive REG SEASON win. (highlighted for a reason and it doesn't need to get repeated).

Matched up excellently tonight - main takeaway was:
- Campbell is BACK baby!
- Matthews and Marner are kings with keys to the city
- Leafs are deep.

Great win. Campbell made some big saves when needed but we played really well. What can you say about Matthews and Marner?
Abruzzese had a good improvement game. Also Lilly can't come out. That pair is too good to break up. One thing that gives me confidence he won't is he played a regular PK role today, while I think Lyb's only PK shift was near the end of the game and that might have to with Gio in the box.
