We can relax until game 7 but hoping there isn't one.

Game 6 should be a good indicator of if this team has learned from the past. TB is going to be good, but we should be out for blood. No relax no foot off the peddle.
I know it's onky game 6 but the killer instinct should be seen even if we lose

I looked at the boxscore, Matthews threw seven hits? Wow. Tbat is having your big guns engaged.

Looks as if Keefe is rewarded tonight. He is redeemed in a game I thought would benefit from a physical fourth line and wisely played Holl for the vital PKs. Credit to him in this one.

Steve Simmons should apologize for his absurd question.

Hopefully this team csn find their killer instinct.

I mean, I almost turned it off during the first intermission, but I’m conditioned for pain being a leafs fan for almost 40 years. So I did the only reasonable thing and tuned back in to watch one of the greatest comebacks I’ve seen this core have.

I said to the wife that if they scored on that PP (Tavares goal) then I had a good feeling about them tying it up in the third. Then it would be up for grabs.

That was a fabulous game of hockey. I'm a Leafs fan in England (a Brit). It's late here but I had to watch it all.

There was a period of 10 minutes in that 3rd period where I could feel the atmosphere just watching. The place was pulsing.

I think to beat guys like Tampa you've got to be aggressive. They push people around.

It also needed that incisive forward quality that the Leafs have to shine through. They need big games from Nylander, Matthews, Marner. They got it.

And Tavares was very good too. Everybody dug in and stood up to be counted.

MASSIVE test now in Tampa.

Leafs most must win game to date and they get it done. I want to believe that if they lost this game that they would be able to win 2 in a row against Tampa to win the series, but I really don't know. Now with the game 5 win, I have some faith that the Leafs can get it done. Just PLEASE don't play another game 4 stinker next game when you played so well and fought so hard to come back and win game 5.

Also good to see Nylander, Campbell and Holl bounce back and play so well. Guys that got criticised the most stepped up bigtime to be big pieces in this Leafs win.

The annoying this was the Leafs actually came out well and then the Bolts get a lucky bounce and then 3 shitty penalties in a row and suddenly we're in a tailspin.

Good on them for righting the ship and dominating the last 2 periods because that 1st period effort was nowhere near as bad as the score and shotclock indicated.

And I really thought Marner was that spark when we were at our lowest that started to get Matthews going and the team followed. Also Willie flying around was inspiring, his goal was world class.
