I checked in at one point and saw Nylander getting thrown under the bus for not finishing.

I thought people would be happy he was generating offence instead.

He's in on 5 of our last 6 goals now or something like that?

Gotta Beleaf. Matthews came up clutch when needed. I'll take this game from him over the 90% xGF 0 goal games against the Habs any day

I looked at the boxscore, Matthews threw seven hits? Wow. Tbat is having your big guns engaged.

Looks as if Keefe is rewarded tonight. He is redeemed in a game I thought would benefit from a physical fourth line and wisely played Holl for the vital PKs. Credit to him in this one.

Steve Simmons should apologize for his absurd question.

Hopefully this team csn find their killer instinct.
Literally what I've been screaming for the last few days. Bout damn time

What a comeback win!!! That’s the heart needed to power through a tough series. Bring that effort again on Thursday and it’s on to Round 2

Holl plays a more simple game - becomes really effective. Who woulda thought.

Nylander plays a more intense and interested game - becomes a difference-maker. Who woulda thought.

These aren't children that need to be reminded to put in the effort and to play within their limits.

Kerfoot, Engvall and Mikeyev were pretty poor tonight, but as long as they eat minutes and keep the intensity and pace up, that's all we really need out of them. The occasional goal here and there is nice, but they need to continue piling on the pressure of the top lines.

Which leads us to the top lines.

They both finally showed up tonight.

If the series continues the way its been going this is headed for 7.

Hopefully the Leafs can finally put away the playoff demons and just finish it in 6 in a huge road win. Big boys need to show up again like they did tonight. Close out time now.

Tavares showed up. Good on him.

Nylander has been really good all series, it's just that he didn't start scoring until Game 4.

People overly focus on that clip from Game 4 where he gives on the puck but he also scored 2 goals in that game. The Leafs unlike other teams this playoff don't goon it up if they're down multiple goals, they legit try to claw their way back. Maybe the goals don't matter if they lose but I'd much rather the team lose 7-3 then 5-0. 7-3 shows that they tried, 5-0 shows they gave up at some point. Things like that matter.

I knew we were going to score 3 goals at least. When Campbell starting making those big saves at 2-0 I felt it was a matter of time we came back. A little worried at 3-3 but not for long. Check your own goalie Cooper and oh, thanks for the poor line changes/too many men fiasco.

LETS GOOO!!!! What a f***ing game. Jack Campbell the MVP, that game could've been over in the 1st. And what a f***ing game to choose to show up Captain, love it. 1st period sucked ass, but I loved everyones effort after that. Justin Holl, I'm sorry you f***ing beauty, great breakout on the Nylander goal and a lot of other small good plays too. For all the shit we gave him for game 4, give this man his props for tonight. ONE MORE !
