Fun fact:

Bergeron: First selke nomination at age 24 (5th)
Mark Stone: First selke nomination at age 22 (46th)
Mitch Marner: First selke nomination at age 21 (19th)

Pretty rare for wingers to get into the selke conversation. I wouldn't be surprised to see Marner improve his selke ranking this year as well.

Matthews will win the Rocket (duh), probably win the Byng, will likely be a Hart & Pearson finalist and pick up a few Selke votes. Possible 2nd-team All-star.

Rielly will pick up a few all-star and Norris votes.

Marner should be an all-star and probably pick up a Hart & Selke vote or two.

I bet Campbell gets a 3rd place Vezina vote from some GM.

Keefe has an outside shot at being a Jack Adams finalist.

Dubas is going to get some love for GM of the Year. If he wins the first people he should thank are the Leafs' capologists, aka cap magicians.

Dubas should be a top candidate GM of the Year. His off-season completely transformed the team feel.

Keefe should be in the running for Jack Adams, but I have a feeling he’ll be outside the top 3.

Does this usually go to a team that was recently bad, then very good?

The team was good offensively before, but I think Keefe has a claim in terms of how he's transformed the defensive play of this team. I'm a bit blind atm in what other coaches have improved in their team that is Adams worthy.

Yeah, Keefe's transformation of this team defensively (and Dubas' additions that contributed to that) are why they both should be serious candidates for consideration.

Unfortunately the Jack Adams tends to go to a coach whose team missed the playoffs prior, and made it this year. (Keefe would technically fall into this though)

I am sure you will see Dave Tippett, Coach Q, Rod the Bod, and maybe even Dean Evason get attention.

Rod the Bod and Coach Q fully deserving. Dean Evason is a fine coach as well, but I'd have Keefe ahead. Tippett has done some good things with the Oilers.
