Not gonna be an easy one. Looking forward to it.

leafs have been lights out, in the past a game like the last one after a long stretch of good play would typically start leading to some bad habits. im very curious to see how they play saturday :)

A challenging game after a huge win. Another test of the focus on the team. Wild are 7-3 in the last 10. On the road, Leafs can play their defensive game and should be good for a win.

I'm the same. Keep waiting for the shoe to drop and some old habits creep back in but instead they just continue to impress.

You have to know they can't win every game but it's hard to see them losing any now.

Sorry not leafs or game related, but who wants to talk about Ben Chariot playing 1:34 on the poweplay for the habs last night. He played more than Romanov ON THE POWERPLAY. How is that a good idea.

Would be fantastic to see the team refocus on shut down hockey and not get into a shooting match with these guys.

A big key is to just continue to play well. Winning 15 of 17 is crazy and being honest, that won't continue. That is just how hockey works. So some loses may come soon here and there, but as long as they play well, the losses won't, or at least shouldn't, be of concern.

Normalization is a thing. The Leafs were getting their shots and chance but nothing seemed to be going in. You had that Buffalo game with the silly Kampf and crazy Rielly goals, but games prior and after they seemed snake-bitten. Then there is the California trip and the Avs game. Kind of expected they would start going in like that.

The next bit normalization I expect is Campbell's sv%. It is was it is, it's highly likely going to drop. So in expecting that and expecting a 15 of 17 pace to not keep up, just play well to absorb some loses here and there.

The Wild and then having the Jets right after will be a nice test to see if the good habits continue. Win or lose though, I am excited. It is nice to see them playing so well combined with the schedule and the arenas feeling pretty much normal again.

This.
Great time to be a fan. Team is playing well and they aren't playing the same crap teams over and over again like last year.
Hopefully you don't mean the crap teams Like the Oilers and Flames. Then again maybe you do, now the pacific is a truly crap division.

Funny how last years North div. kept " McDrai." to 3.37 points per game. Most fans cried the no D North was inflating their stats. This season Mcdrai are at 3.95.... lol

Actually smart - get him as much trade value as they can.

Hard not to look forward to any Leaf game these days. Lets thump the Wild.

That said, its frustrating to me that we've been so good, and yet, in our division Panthers have the same number of points as us and a game in hand. TB has 30 points but 2 games in hand and they're doing that without Kucherov and Point. I feel its very important we win the division to avoid TB or Panthers in rd 1. It will be easier in my opinion for us to get over the hump if we play any team other than those 2 in round 1.

Looking forward to the game. Always enjoy when Leafs go to Minnesota. Folks there love their hockey and team.

Excited to see Kaprizov. Such an exciting kid to watch.

Leafs will be looking to keep their road winning streak going so they will be up for this game.

No crazy prediction this time.
