Mostly a shot in the dark prospect to put on the Marlies sooner rather than later.

Not a bad skater and can cover the ice well, good defensively and obviously his stats line is pretty accurate -- no offense in his game. For a 6th round pick, it seems in line with the kind of prospect you'd find at that round.

Because 6th rounders almost never make the NHL anyways, maybe Treliving knows a bit about this prospect ? I mean it's no risk really lol, it's a 6th round for a 6'7 D-man that blocks shots.
