Ritchie won't be a maple leaf anymore come trade deadline time sire. Not at all. He is being shopped, hard. And already put into the sitation where he will be flewn to arizona etc when the deadline comes. He is nothing to do with us anymore. He isn't a very smart, good ice hockey player. Never has been. Some thought so, but he looks even more lost now. Might be because of so many thangs. Many thangs lead to it and matter. Toronto is not the easiest place to play. Evidently even without the crowd... wich is even more surprising. No pressure now, and ritchie still looks like a hillbilly. He, will be not better in the playoffs, for no one. Never. He is gone. And so lost. Like the hunchback of notredame. That even rhymes.
like always... said with such beautiful poetry

These past few games are what the Leafs look like with one of their top 3 d-men injured.

Saving a Dubas move (or three) pre-deadline, pray going into the playoffs none of their top 3 d-men are injured.

Need to start on time. That is key. No lazy early game plays. We know they are fast, be ready.

And the forwards who ignore their assignments with trailers.
Last one blamed on those instances are the guiltiest.

Absolutely! When I say the defense deserves criticism, I mean team defense which is of course including the forwards. Our D has been pretty good ever since Keefe took over so hopefully we're just going through some strange phase and will snap out of it soon. Then again, when our PP went south last season it just stayed there so ... we'll see.

Halfway through the season, just find another way to collect points. Still too early to be getting into playoff mode, after the trade deadline there's 20 games left in the season, that's when they need to start getting playoff ready.

Only thing leafs need to do tonight is start of time and not make sloppy plays and reads and should be another two points.

This is the type of games where JT will put 3-4 points than we will make another appreciation thread forgetting he has been garbage most of this season.

Anything to confirm who is starting in net tonight? I would expect Mrazek to play, since he was scheduled to start, not his fault Campbell got pulled early. He has barely played, so rest shouldn't be an issue, especially going into the All-Star break!

good move to start soup again, you tell the team that they let him down last game and they better not do that again and see how they respond.

Have they announced the starter? Just saw someone say Mrazek is starting
