Among the scouting combine attendees without a thread is Rimouski LHD Simon Bourque, so to kick off his thread, here's an excerpt from CSN Philly:
At 6-foot, 184 pounds, Bourque has adequate size to play on the blue line, but when paired with Morin, there's a lot of things he doesn't have to worry about with the 6-foot-7, 225-pound Morin patrolling the corners.
Bourque is a solid puck-moving defenseman with a good but not great shot. He's a player who can log big minutes and plays with a lot of heart. He was part of the equation that helped the Rimouski Oceanic get to the playoff round only to lose to the host Quebec Remparts.

In a breakout year, Bourque scored 10 goals and 38 points in 68 games. He'll build on that, and that's why he has a chance to get drafted in the third or fourth round of the draft.
Further, here are two French-language articles recapping his year: April 28 and June 3.

Loved him in the memorial cup.

Really? I thought he under-performed compared to his play in the regular season.

Solid player though. Don't see much upside, but he has very few weaknesses. Plays in all situations.

A Josh Gorges type of D, maybe better with PH.Love to make the things done in his own zone but have an interesting offensive upside. Not sure he will put an averaging numbers of points at the next level tough. Love him in the playoffs and Mem Cup. An underrated prospect sure.

He's a top 100 player for me. Not a ton of upside, but he's a player for me. Low maintenance guy, handles his business well. With the right development environment, he could be a third pairing, defense-first guy who can once in a while score from distance perhaps...

congrats to him on signing his 3 year ELC with the Habs. He's having a good year in the Q.
