Forgot to post this last week...

Adrian Kempe has a ton of speed and skill. But his defensive play and a lack of consistency has held him back over the past couple of seasons.
.
He's improving, but he's still a work-in-progress. Of course, hat's no different from most 21-year-olds in the NHL.
.
For more on Kempe, and what LA Kings head coach John Stevens thinks of him, check out...

I wouldn't label Kempe has having a lot of skill. The kid has failed to produce at just about every level he has played at so far.

Kempe has speed in bunches. He is young but at some point he has to show more. Hopefully it's this season.

As I said elsewhere, he has really embraced his game, but he is just a honey-badger out there. Stevens refers to it as "loopy."
