Kings Article: LA Kings Believe The Time Is Now For Forward Prospect Andy Andreoff

Great read. So there was help for Craig Duncanson after all. Just 3 decades late.

Good luck Andy.

I hope he turns out to be like another Warren Rychel, a player who I really admired in the 90s for his work ethic. He wasn't the best fighter, but man did the guy play like he had a fire permanently lit under his ass. That's the type of intensity and drive I want to see from a player like Andreoff.

I'm hoping training camp is very competitive and Andy fights his way onto the 4th line. I was hoping King or Clifford would get moved so one of the Monarchs could move up but that didn't happen...yet

If Andreoff makes it, I'm thinking he'll be the 13/14 forward on the roster. Assuming the top 12 from the Cup winning team are all in the lineup, that leaves room for Andreoff and Nolan for those two spots as healthy scratches.

Hopefully he does. I've been rooting for him especially since we drafted him. I have a feeling that Clifford is the odd man out and gets traded; however, I wouldn't be surprised to see Nolan go instead given Sutter's reluctance to play him. I personally like Nolan, and despite Clifford's superior ability, would prefer that he stays. Either way, transactions will be made this year at both forward and on defense, for the bottom 6 and pairings, so that will be interesting...

I don't think Clifford has superior ability over Nolan, CLiifford's played twice as many games in the NHL , so he's got a bit more experience.
I like Nolan a lot better but Sutter doesn't, and Nolan will go, which will be good for him, maybe he'll get reg minutes in every game on the 4th line.
