Not sure if you guys would be interested in selling some players in order to start building a prospect pool or not

if there is any way you guys would trade them, I would be interested in hearing the prices for both Schwartz and Larsson

again idk if kraken fans think that they might sell at the TDL but this would be assuming they do want to sell

I highly doubt Larson would be available, he chose to sign in Seattle and has a NTC

Johansson maybe a 2nd if a team is desperate and they take a contract back or retain. More likely a 3rd.

Jankrok 3rd, they can retain or take contract back, so maybe 3rd + 5th.

Giordano with retention for 1st + 2nd/B prospect. Should be the top rental D available and Savard got a 1st and Giordano is much better.

Donato could be available be they may try to resign. If available most likely a 4th but if he keeps scoring might get a 3rd.

Sheahan was waived and passed through so no value but at the deadline 4C who can win draws and PK get some value so maybe 6/7th rounder.

Soucy/Fluery/Lauzon could all be available for an overpayment. But if they move Giordano less likely, they probably try to keep the same 6 going into next season.

Johannsson and Donato are soft offensive players that don't even produce that much. They are worth 5th/6th round picks at best.

Johansson is scoring at a 0.50ppg pace and Donato 0.45ppg. Those aren't bad numbers for bottom 6 guys, so if you need a little extra offensive in your bottom 6 they can provide it. They don't play a physical game so maybe not suited for playoff hockey to some teams but one that just needs depth scoring might be interested.

They don't bring anything in terms of defense or pking either. Some coaches probably wouldn't even play them much during even strength, so they would basically be pp specialists. Those type of players are worth picks in the 4th-7th range, if there is any interest at all.

They’ll garner a 3rd/4th at best. No way they get a 2nd.

Turris + pick for Jarnkrok?

This could be a sleeper pickup. He's hasn't produced in Seattle, pending ufa, but has the potential to really fill a need in Edmonton.

I'd offer a 2nd + b prospect + Turris for Jarnkrok + Appleton

They would really shore up the bottom 6 at a reasonable cost.

Scoresheet aside, Jarnkrok has played fairly well for the Kraken. He's been creating scoring chances, his lines have just had incredibly unlucky bounces and he's been snake-bitten.

If he keeps up the effort when he comes back, the points should come.

Turis has no value to Seattle. A B prospect also isn't of much interest, and I doubt Francis would be willing to move Appleton for a late 2nd, so I think your proposal would be an respectful pass from Seattle.

Check back at the deadline on Jarnkrok, if he hasn't re-signed, he should be up for auction.

It looks like Sheahan had a decent game last night so maybe more games like that will help increase his value at the deadline.

You're not going to get Jarnkrok and Appleton for a late 2nd and crap.
Jarnkrok alone, you could get for that package.
Turris, as stated above, is absolutely useless for Seattle and just some filler.

Wouldn’t mind getting Appleton back in Winnipeg
Would he be available and at what price?

The team seems to really like Appleton and he's also started scoring some.
So I doubt he'll be traded unless there's an upgrade(with us adding something, of course) coming our way.

What's the value for Sheahan, Geekie, Lauzon and H. Fleury? Vancouver needs RHD and centers who are RH or can play on PK.

None of the guys you've mentioned is a RHD(we only have Larsson and Borgen while C. Fleury's in the AHL) and only Geekie would fit the RH Center.

Though, Geekie's someone the team really likes and tries to built into a solid contributor and not someone the team would trade to a division rival.
Of course unless it's an overpayment.

Oh I meant right-side D-men, I know Lauzon and Haydn are lefties but can play both sides.
Sheahan does have PK prowess that we can use, and liking Geekie's shot and faceoff ability.

The ones I see being traded are Jarnkrok, Donskoi, Giordano and McCann.

McCann to a contending team in need of a cheap contract, let's just say he and Donskoi to Minnesota.

Giordano to a top-tier contending team like Colorado or maybe back to Calgary (both 50% retained by Seattle).

Jarnkrok to Vegas.

McCann's going nowhere.
Francis most likely's already debating with the rest of the FO how much they should give him in an extension and McCann(who will be an RFA after the season) finally has a team where he can get more than 3rd line minutes and opportunities.

The guys most likely to be traded are the UFA's in Giordano, Jarnkrok, Blackwell and Johansson, while Donskoi and Soucy might be available for the right price.

Colorado doesn't have their first rounder this year and I'm not sure Calgary's GM would start trading his after he let Giordano go because of Francis asking for it(to stay away) before the expansion draft.

Oleksiak @50%
for
Justin Holl, Prospect & 1st
[Overpay for Cap Security]

Oleksiak was signed during the expansion draft, just like Larsson, to be one of the core guys for the near future.
He's not going anywhere and there's no way we're retaining 50% on a contract that has four more years left after this season.
Especially not for Holl and a late first rounder.

I'd like to see a deal between the Kraken & Canucks.

Something big to make things interesting.
