Interesting criteria for price:

1. Highest price on the table (best offer).
2. Is there a clause or does the player want to go?
3. Do you want him out of your conference?

Obvious stuff, but it is nice to have delineated. Especially since #3 has been considered a myth recently.

Love Dean's candid responses. Always a good interview.

Sucks to hear that Mitchell could even miss next year. Hopefully he heals up in the offseason. Nice to hear Lombardi talk about the 10 picks this year and Pearson as well.

Great interview by Lombardi. It showed us his long-term thinking and gave us some insight into the development of prospects such as Vey who some posters were rushing to ship outta here for a rental

DL confirmed what many were already thinking:

Mitchell maybe done and the Kings have to act accordingly-great if he comes back tho.

Scuds and RR will be retained if the price is right.

Muzzin, VV, probably AMart will get raises and need to fit under the cap.

The Kids will probably get a chance at spots next season-need to beef up.

Any time I consider moving prospects, I consider how low other people will value our prospects and then I consider how good our developmental system is.

Often times it's not worth it to put our guys in a deal...only picks.
