I thought it was Mark Morris' choice to move on, not that he was let go? His team was outstanding this season but ran into a hot goalie that gave the Kings a challenge.

What does that mean? I am reading it to mean that the NHL requires teams to tell them how they rank the incoming draftees months before the draft but that sounds crazy?
