No, no, no, Greene's got to go. Aren't you forgetting his horrid play last night?

Oh Darryl. LOL

@lakingsinsider: Darryl, on whether he takes credit for his team's mental toughness: "No, I’m not very mentally tough. I can barely get through it."

At least we have that in common.

On the way to NY.
Mitchell, his wife, and some other person on twitter.

Greene was awful last night.

Up 2-0 in the series, you can afford to take a "risk" and play Regehr.

My money is on him playing tomorrow.

Quit with the neutral zone give away's and especially fumbling the puck on the offensive blue line!...dump and chase, crash the net...create mass confusion because that is what seems to get past Lundqvist...let's take this win and show the Rangers that we are not just "Lucky" or that we weren't "Handed" this series lead by the refs...

Stoll implies that the Kings collectively are playing with fire and cheating on their defense-first mantra... It may be more entertaining, but not their identity.

"Are we playing good or are we not?" Kings center Jarret Stoll said on the podium, following their 5-4 double-overtime win in Game 2 at Staples Center. "Right now, we're doing a lot of things that aren't in our game, haven't been in our game for years here. We're getting away with it, I think, right now."

"Don't get me wrong, we did a lot of good things to come back," Stoll said. "Down 2-0, down 4-2. ... It's just how we're playing. We've got to be honest with how we're playing."

Stoll couldn't be more right. I understand cheating some when get down a couple goals, but the Kings are doing it from the beginning of the game. I'm not going to argue with the results, but this team is definitely capable of tightening things up quite a bit.

Regehr in... Can't control the match ups as well on the road. That and throwing a monkey wrench in AV's match ups by shifting the D will be amusing. Running 7D I don't see happening. Shortening up the line after 2 OT games... Plus the Rangers aren't destroying the Kings 4th line like the Hawks. I'd roll the dice on Regehr wanting to hit something after watching 2 series.

Nice to get back on the road. Think the Kings are a little out of their comfort zone with home ice to start a series. Get out to a quick start on the road for game 1.... Kings play better when other coaches get too cute with the match ups.

i dont think going 7 D is the way to go

We need to roll 4 lines effectively to minimize the fatigue factor, esp given the possibility of more overtime

I'd love to see us get back to our game. We're going to need to on the road.

I think we all would, but you have to give credit to both Chicago and New York who have forced us to play a more aggressive offensive style due to both opponents relentless forecheck. That was our forte circa 2012, but to a little lesser extent the last two seasons. Face it, our possession time in this series (with the exception of the third period in game one) has not been good. We are playing with fire if we don't improve upon:

1) Keeping the puck more
2) Getting out of our zone cleanly

Playing D all the time plus getting hemmed into our defensive zone sucks, and credit is due to the Rangers for forcing the play. Things could go wrong quickly if we don't make some adjustments. You are likely to take a lot more penalties playing D all the time, and don't think the NHL referees don't have it in the back of their minds that a mistake or two was made last game, especially with these games in NY. I not saying they will intentionally create make-up calls, but it's certainly mentally easier to do so on the home teams arena.

Regehr goes in. Greene basically cost us 2 goals last night. The flubbed pass of course. And was out of position on the St. Louis goal. I believe he was also the extra man who touched the puck on the too many men penalty. Which resulted in the St. Louis goal.

Sutter said it was game time decision. I think he gave Geene the benefit of doubt, since he had been playing well. But, Regehr is the better player. I think he goes back in.

**** that noise, I don't give a **** if Power-Ranger fan calls for an asterisk next to our championship, that is just poor sportsmanship and I don't give anyone like that any quarter.

**** 'em. **** 'em all.

I would've never thought that it'd be the Kings offense that has gotten them this far. I thought for sure it was gonna be strong defense and goaltending, but the D has been pretty sub-par minus Muzzin-Doughty and Quick hasn't been his Conn Smythe self, though he has made some key big saves.

At least we've been able to score on Lundqvist, which was a big concern for me going into this series. I'd also like to see Regehr back in over Greene, maybe he'll be a little fresher with more jump in his step.

I'm half expecting them to play a really ****** game for some reason with this run and gun style they've seemed to be playing...
