He's been given 5 seasons in SoCal to repeat his team's 2015 AHL championship in Manchester. In those 5 seasons the Reign have been eliminated twice in the 1st round, didn't make the playoffs in the most recent full season, and were on the outside looking in when the 2019-20 season was halted. It's more likely to do with player development (or lack thereof) than anything else.
