Mods-
The few times I was selling my seats last season I kept looking for a thread like this and usually ended making one on a per game basis. Do you think we could sticky this for the season?

You are killing me, man.

Competition is such a *****.

Where are your seats?

On Stubhub, a buyer would pay $125/ea. for my Winnipeg seats. I would see $99. So I gave a little break off that number. My cost per seat per game is $110.

cheers

I'm now in Section 111, row 18. 3 seats there, one seat behind the seats in row 19. I made sure this time they are above the glass, pretty close to the aisle too. Which makes them center ice, just inside the blue line.

My cost is $125.50 per seat per game, assuming the two home exhibit games are part of the package (pretty sure they are).

I'm just joking with you of course, I know you are eating some of the cost of those tickets. I ate A LOT of tickets last season, but I've learned from last season too. I will sell the loser games like WPG at a discount and hope to make it up in the premium games like CHI. (I have four tickets per game but intend to use only two per game maybe 25 times this season, selling all four for the other 16 or so games.)

My aim is to keep these seats as long as I can...hopefully, the Kings can go far again and I can make a killing in the 3rd and 4th rounds like I did last season (got to see the last two SCF games at home virtually free). :)

I'm currently working StubHub myself on two seats in Section 306, Row 4, Seats 6 and 7.

One of the tickets is at Die Hard pricing while the other is "retail" so I can go a bit lower and still make a profit. Minimum goal is to recoup the $1,397 that my new retail ticket cost with the hopes I can then unload playoff tickets and start profiting. I'm already $150 towards this goal by selling one extra to Opening Night. I should of made a killing but it is my birthday so I'm taking the girlfriend...first world problems. There may also be games where my other three tickets are available for a total of 5 if anyone is looking for "group" seating.

Kings and visiting fans alike can PM me for any game they are interested. I made a habit of bringing my hard ticket to playoff games last year so I could give it to the person who bought my ticket on StubHub so that is a little added bonus for you stub collectors.

My seats are #s 6 and 7. I have October games listed at the moment and I'm about to work into November. Since the price you see on StubHub is inflated due to adding in your buyer fees, I can sell direct for less than what you see my tickets listed on StubHub. For example, I was going to have to sell the opening night ticket for $210 to get $160 back...that's $50 that we would of had to work with under that scenario.

BigKing is open for business. The minimum return on a game so I don't lose money is $46.50 for the two tickets. Cheapest tickets retail for the weaker games (Edmonton, Buffalo etc..) is $49.25 each after fees. I know I'm going to eat it sometimes, but my bottom line v. retail cost allows for some flexibility so let's make a deal.

Anyone selling opening night versus the Sharks?

Mine sold on Stubhub for around $365 each, of that I got around $300. We really need to cut out the middleman's profit!!!!

In the coming week or two, I will post all the games I have available and price per tix.

cheers

How many rows are in each section? I noticed that there is a price cut in the upper part of rows 106 and 107...it no longer considered the blue section and becomes purple...Anyone?

I have 2 tickets for the exhibition game tommorow vs the Arizona Coyotes (preseason) at 7:30. The tickets are in section 206 row 6. I'm asking for $50 for the pair. They cost me $65 each. Pm me and I can email the tickets

Good luck with that. I just sold 3 tickets in section 111 for $25 each, my cost is $125 per ticket. I knew I was gonna take a bath on the split-squad exhibition game with Arizona. I think its just criminal that a regular season game with the Blackhawks costs the same as this crap game.

It's befuddling, actually.

The lower seats in the lower bowl have all kinds of issues...glass refraction, and as in my case, my seats last season in section 112 had line-of-sight issues with the penalty boxes, to the point of double-refraction and I couldn't see what in hell was going on on the other end of the ice. My friend, on the other hand, thought the seats were awesome because we were so close to the players and the goal on that side of the arena.

So I guess its a matter of preference. I purposely got higher seats in the 111 section this season to get more of a central (red line) experience AND to be well above the glass.

Seems to me the upper rows of sections 106 and 107 would be more desirable than the lower rows; again, it's all about preference.

I figured it was going to be near impossible to sell them. I would rather they get used then go to waste and since I can't go and the game is tomorrow, I will give them away for free. First person to PM gets them.

Good for you. I still have one ticket listed at $30 on Stubhub in section 111 that hasn't been sold, go figure.

Is anyone selling 2 tickets to Frozen Fury? Looking to sit in the lower bowl. Waited too long to buy tickets on Stubhub, and now there are slim pickings. Please let me know!

I need 3 for ff as well. Got one day of last year for $20 but have friends that want to go and would rather get them now and not have to wait until that weekend. Can't believe re-sale is $100+ for $40 pre season tickets.

Ron and Mjones, sorry to hear the tickets didn't sell so well, I had a business function in the B suites and bought tickets in the C suites for a friend so I could hangout with them and the price was decent but I loathe what the prices will be during the season.

I just hope I can get decent ticket prices during the season

Actually I sold all eight tickets for both preseason games but at drastically-reduced prices so my out-of-pocket costs for those particular eight tickets are pretty high.

However, I expected that. I am also hoping I can get decent prices for the tickets I do sell for the regular season.

Gotta be face value or less to post here folks. Just a reminder. No tickets are allowed to be advertised by forum members above face value here.

Just as a point of clarification, my seats cost $125.50 each and the face value of my tickets are $176.50. Not sure why that is the case. I've only been a season ticket holder for four years now so I am not sure why LAK makes a distinction between the two amounts.

In any event, thanks for the info. It makes sense for me then to sell the dog games here at face value or less and not have to pay ridiculous StubHub fees for listing, whereas the premium games I will just list on StubHub. :)
