KHL ownership

so does anyone know who are some of the people that own the KHL? i mean they seem rather secretive about who owns that teams, also teams like CSKA and Dynamo Moscow do they still have connections to the army/intlligence agencies like in the olden days? and if they dont when did they drop those connections?

Medvescak Zagreb is essentially an NGO / sports club anyone could join with regards to their charter etc.

No one owns it, as there is basically nothing to own i guess - they have presidents etc and everyone has rights to be a member
