Not really a fan of trading more dart throws to move up this late in the draft, but obviously they like this guy and I know nothing about him other than that he has a cool name so I will shut my pie hole.

DEFINITELY a steal. The man led the team in goals scored on a mediocre Niagara IceDogs. I imagine he will get moved next year and hopefully to a better team where he is given an opportunity to flash his skills.

Reading up on him, sounds like if he wasn't on such a shit-ass OHL team he would've been regarded much higher — potentially as a top 50 prospect

I’m a big fan of picking guys who are leaders on lousy junior teams. At least in the middle to later rounds.
Their stats are often very muted because of the lack of talent around them.
If he gets traded to a better junior team next year, watch his stats take off.
