Hope he does well for you guys, he was never going to get ice time under Ruff. Ruff is too focused giving Jordie Benn too many minutes.
St. Denis hasn't been awful. Every D will have to clear waivers now. So you have the 6 that are playing tonight (Erixon, Wiz, Johnson, Prout, Leopold, Savard) plus St. Denis already on the active roster. Tyutin, Murray, and Goloubef all on IR and due back at various points. What are you doing with Connauton? Making him the temporary #7 and then sending St. Denis back down?

Unfortunately, it's probably not good news for Murray as we was supposed to be the closest one ready to come back.
He was somewhat highly touted just a year or two ago, so maybe we'll get a steal.

We do have a knack for turning waiver wire bargain bin players into untradeable contracts on other teams, so let's hope lightning strikes again.
