I don't think this one works as well for Dallas even though the value is greatly in our favor.
From a cap perspective, Dallas is still well over the ceiling and this could only work if Bishop is on LTIR. If Bishop is on LTIR then Dallas would be reliant on an Oettinger and Holtby duo with no backup plan. Which is a pretty scary thought to me.

Can both teams say no? Because they do.
Particularly though, why would Arizona just not keep Kessel as opposed to making this deal? If they're going to retain 50% I'm sure they'd at least ask for some type of futures. Two vets don't really add value to a team that seems like it wants to lose this year.
