Being drunk is innocuous? He is a flagship poster boy for this franchise (along with Toews) ..and is supposed to be a moral exemplar to the kiddies who idolize him...if he falls off the wagon in some drunken stupor causing disturbances to others leading to police being called in...that is hardly innocuous..but of course we do not know if this is indeed the issue or whether it was so ething else..but whatever it is the Hawks may need to call in their PR guys to muffle the impact from this alleged brain far by Kane for violating his model behaviour imperative.

Then why not lock it until something concrete comes out? Pretty much the only thing people can do at this point is speculate.
