His hockey IQ growing by leaps and bounds is a joy to watch. I remember how GG didn't trust him on the PK and would replace him with Nemeth. Now he is an all situation D-man. Real great to see.

I don't think I've seen a player grow as quickly as he has since like January.

This kid is a f***ing bigtime player. He always shows up in clutch moments and he was absolutely instrumental in the win last night. I love how at any moment he can just decide to explode up the ice and is an unstoppable force.

Miller had every right to be completely ineffective this series. By far the longest stretch of hockey in his career and he's getting 26 minutes a night because our bottom pair literally can't play. I find it really commendable that he's been effective as he's been, even though he's tailed off a bit the last few games.

I think if Miller doesn't make that play, we probably lose. We are literally not playing the 3rd pair and 4th line, this team couldn't afford a long OT.

watching that play in overtime he made to poke check the puck away and go end to end to draw that penalty. Just incredible. How many dmen can make that play? Not many!!!

Considering he has only played approx. 118 games on D before joining the NYRs, I'm impressed that his game has solidified to the point that he is basically our 1st pair on D. That's huge when you consider he is still learning the craft and gaining confidence so early. He was fourth on the team in hits so the moniker of being soft is overrated.
