He did figure it out 25 games into the season.. but I was worried and wondered if he needed some AHL time..have to say that trouba was worth his weight in gold for helping him to develop.. very rare that a defensemen mature properly with out a good partner.. case in point Halek, what a waste of talent..a lot of ranger drafted defensemen playing in this league that were not properly developed and given up on..

Kid did really well last night. Just need to settle down a bit and not force certain passes. Especially the cross ice pass on the offensive blue line, but he definitely was a rock last night. Can't wait for him to fill out and become more of a physical presence.

Probably our steadiest defenseman last night and was for many games at the end of the season. The kid is still just teasing his potential and is already this good. Wow.

make no mistake, miller's supreme conditioning showed last night. while a LOT of this team tired out as even regulation was concluding, miller was still an animal into the 3rd ot. we are so lucky to have him and he is still growing...

He and Schneider both were very good last night.Considering it was their 1st taste of playoff hockey, both played better then i expected.Sure they had a few bumps in the road, that was expected..but they will also learn from it all-the good and the bad

Someone said it earlier--Miller looked like the best parts of McDonagh and Staal last night. Big, fast, nimble with the puck, and mean on the back end.

was overall outstanding last night... yeah he makes some mistakes but he's also superior at recovering from them than any of our defensemen not named fox.

Some the passes he made made me shake my head but the dude basically played two games worth of minutes. All is forgiven

The scrutiny that Miller's game receives relative to a certain Norris-winner in our lineup, especially during the back half of this past season, is/was a little frustrating, to say the least.

As much as I truly love Lindgren (everyone should watch his locker room interviews with teammates), and don't want to see him traded, I'm ready for a Fox-Miller 1st pair for at least the next 5-7 years.

Miller's conditioning is outrageous.

he was still going full speed all the way to 3OT after playing all 82 games in the longest season he's ever played in his hockey career. I would normally forgive players like him for falling apart in effectiveness in game 60 or whatever, but he's never slowed down.

I thought Miller just had one of his best periods ever (2nd period of Game 2). I was gushing over him, Fox and Schneider. All three were amazing in that period. Fox was borderline god-like at how he was controlling time on those power plays. Miller is the complete package too. I hope these ideas of trading him that come up every now and then are just for laughs. I think this guy is a staple you treasure.
