Buium.

The demise of Buium has been grossly exaggerated. He still very much profiles as a legit NHL prospect and made some solid strides in the defensive half of the rink last year.

Pretty encouraging that we need to get to #14 before we reach the no-name longshots.

It makes me pretty happy to see this prospect pool looking solid. Then factor in the 5 guys we're going to get in the first 2 rounds this year. How much of a boost would that be? How much do they push these guys back?

I'd say surpass Cossa at best. If Michkob is the pick then he would be 1 or 2. The reason for 2 would be real questions about if he comes over and when.

Yeah I figured it would be better to do this poll after the draft. Ideally the #9 will give us someone who can slide into our top 5 and the #17 someone who can slide into our top 10. Then the 2nds are just gravy, that's pretty well 10% of the entire 2nd round lol so hopefully we snag a gem with one of those.

it still amuses me how in the space of like a year people went from calling Sebrango a sure thing and arguing he was better than Wallinder to not caring about him at all
