You are talking about a criminal process and Hoffman's fiancee sounds like she is pursuing a civil process. There is no investigation or charges in a civil trial.

If either of them are charged any and all evidence will have to be disclosed. I'm guessing there isnt enough evidence to charge Monika Caryk. This could end up backfiring on the Karlssons.

It says the police launched an inestigation. Unless she sues karlsson and his wife, or she is charged,its none of her business what they found so far.

No. It could mean that, but it could also mean that she was mistaken, or that she was correct but doesn’t have the evidence to prove it. Without charges being laid, the court isn’t taking a position on which one is the truth.

Judge made a terrible decision here. Now Caryk's character is in question without any validity to the rumors her accuser spread. So really Caryk's only option now is go to after Melinda karlsson, a mother still mourning the death of her infant . What a great position Caryk is in.
