Good move. Assuming he stays down and powe or asham come up eventually to sit around. They could just keep Falk as the spare and play 7 d if there's a scratch
 
LOL. Poor JT. I believe this the 4th time he has been sent down to Hartford this year, and he will inevitably be called up again once someone gets injured.
 
Hartford can use him. They can't score to save their lives. Lost 3-1 tonight. After 34 games their leading scorer is Danny Kristo who has 12 goals and 22 points. No one else on that team has 20 points so far this year. Kristo's been in a big slump. Fast has been playing okay. Lindberg's been passable. Other than that their forwards aren't producing at all. No one on the team has 100 shots on goals. Lindberg has 87 and Kristo 85. They're the only forwards with more than 50 shots on goal this year. Can't get shots you're not going to score goals. They must be ****ing awful to watch.
 
Lindberg isn't a top line center. Not good enough offensively. That's why Kristo has struggled. Kristo is a different player when he is on the ice with miller.
 
I think this is actually a postive thing for him so he can actually play the two games Hartford has scheduled this weekend instead of being scratched with the Rangers

I watch most of the Pack games via Hockeystreams and Kristo was fine when paired with the Swedes but Kenny G broke up that line. He now has Borque with the Swedes and Kristo with Hrivik and Haley which is a head scratcher.

Now Aliu tonight either.

Kristo was playing very well with Fast and Lindberg as he was the sniper and Fast was the playmaker/did the dirty work. I don't know why they're not together other than to keep both Fast and Kristo at their natural RW positions.

Fast has been playing a complete game, dude just needs to shoot more, he's been more of a playmaker so far.

To keep this relevant though to Miller, it will be good for him to be back. He can either play with the Swedes and have a super line, or he can go back to center and play with Kristo so as AV likes, you can have two top duos and then rotate a winger of the week.
 
I really don't see the issue with him going back and forth between the NHL and AHL. He gets called up, practices with the team, gets a taste for the NHL, then gets sent down to work on the things he needs to improve on. IMO, him practicing with the NHL team benefits him more than dominating in the AHL 20 minutes a game.
 
Brutal.

He's NHL ready at this point, but let him go dominate Hartford I guess. They sure could use the help.

Well, I don't think he's ready to be a 2nd line center. He just needs a bit more experience and maybe later this season, or next season, we can use him for that role
 
hes NHL ready.. should be 3c.. but its tough bc theres nowhere to really put him..

-not bumping stepan or richards

brass is a wizard on the PP.. and boyle and moore on 4th for pk defense ..

just tough nowhere to put him

No big deal let him develop more in ct. He's a nice call up a d next yr w Richards bought out and boyle and Moore ufa they will have room
