Both have been slightly disappointing, but All star games have to do with name recognition, so I get it.
Also, none of it matters one bit, so it's all good.

Engstrom even has 1 more points than Mailloux now.
I actually find the choice of Roy and Mailloux rather interesting, since I think both are just trade bait at this point.
Also, looking at the AHL score board, I'm surprised to see Luca Del Bel Belluz at the top.

Beck is way more deserving than either Mailloux and Roy. Engstrom and Beck would have been the right guys.

Joshua Roy, Logan Mailloux, Cale Fleury, Logan Shaw, Alex Belzile... Bergevin's "5 year plan" is just getting started.
Beck deserved to be picked way more.

Roy and Mailloux have the highest skill set on the Laval rocket, for fans who like to see skills, at the all star skills game.
Beck engstrom and company are playing better “hockey” ( I guess ) but have lower “skill” sets. What are y’all going on about.

Don't underestimate the skill level of Owen Beck.
What are his best skills ? I don't know him much. I've never seen anyone rank him higher than a potential top 9 two-way center.

He has explosive skating, a great shot that he can deliver off the rush or on a one-timer and above average stickhandling /play making.
And I hear he's a hell of a dancer.
The problem is that most people like you don't know much about him.

No. The problem is that Laval is not on the south shore. I'd buy tickets to the Longueuil Rockets.
